Texas Caviar (Pico-de-Gallo)

This was a super duper yummy, explodes summer-time in your mouth recipe!  Island with a palm treeSun

I’m definately making it this weekend! Open-mouthed

Texas Caviar
 
 15 oz can black beans
 15 oz can Black eyed peas
 1 Avacado diced
 1 pint cherry Tomatoes diced
 Cilantro
 1/2 onion Onions diced
 1 bunch Green onion diced
 Capers
 1 tbs Garlic
 1 can Olives diced
 1 Bell pepper diced
 1 jalapaño diced (optional)
 8 oz Italian dressing

Mix ingredients n chill overnight.
Mix in cilantro before serving.
Eat with tortilla chips or bread.
Enjoy!!
