I have started this blog a few years back, but it slowly evolved into favorite recipes I have tried.
I have been gluten free and dairy free since 2011 and it was based on medical reasons, not by choice. Since eliminating both from my diet I have never felt better! I use organic as much as possible, but I am also spoiled living in Portland, Oregon where you can find anything organic, gluten free, vegan, Paleo, you name it and its at just about any restaurant you go to. Although I barely eat out anymore, I have found that the bulk section at Bob’s Red Mill to be an exciting place (really, I do have a life). I do not like chemically tasting food, nor cardboard. So if the recipe is on the blog it’s because it’s been tested and approved. (By more than just me).
Sometimes you’ll see me switch up my posts to other than food… But that’s only cuz I can. 😉
